Refund policy
ALBSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. RETURNS ONLY IF APPROVED VIA EMAIL AT JCSTRANDS@ICLOUD.COM.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns on hair extensions and products within 7 days from the date the product is received by customers. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at JCSTRANDS@ICLOUD.COM to request a return authorization. Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.
3. Return Authorization:
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization along with instructions on how to return the item. Returns without proper authorization may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping:
We will email a return label, if you are allowed to return order.
5. Inspection and Processing:
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
6. Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
7. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including opened or used hair products, custom-made products, and items not in their original condition.
8. Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
9. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and a replacement or refund will be processed.
10. Refunds for Promotional Items:
If your purchase included promotional items, the value of these items will be deducted from the refund amount if they are not returned along with the qualifying item.
